To ensure comfort and texture, this cheongsam is made from 90.8 percent mulberry silk blended with a small amount of spandex. The mulberry silk gives the skirt a subtle satin sheen, a smooth touch, and excellent breathability, while the spandex adds just the right amount of stretch. This fabric blend allows the skirt to follow the body naturally while avoiding the tight or restrictive feel that pure silk can sometimes create. The fabric has also been professionally pre shrunk before production, which further improves size stability and makes daily care more convenient.
