Order

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept PayPal as our official payment method. PayPal is a globally recognized secure payment platform that fully protects your payment security and transaction rights throughout the entire process.

What is your order processing time?

Our order processing time is 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Your order will be shipped out promptly once processing is completed.

What is your order cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. If more than 24 hours have passed, your order may have entered the processing or shipping process. You can contact our after sales team via the Contact Us page or by sending an email to [email protected], and we will do our best to coordinate and handle the request for you.

How do I cancel my order?

You can send an email to our after sales mailbox at [email protected]. Please include your order number, the email address used to place the order, and the reason for cancellation in your email. Our after sales team will process your request as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries and regions do you ship to?

We offer shipping services to nearly all countries and regions worldwide. Free global shipping is available on all orders with a total value of 159 USD or more.

What shipping delivery methods do you offer?

We provide two shipping options for you:

Standard Shipping: Our basic shipping method. For corresponding delivery timeframes, please refer to the delivery time list for each country below.

Paid DHL Express Shipping: You can choose to upgrade to paid DHL Express shipping. The delivery timeframe for this service is 6 to 8 business days, ideal for orders with urgent delivery needs.

How long will it take to receive my package after the order is shipped?

The total delivery time for your order equals order processing time plus logistics transit time. The order processing time is 2 to 5 business days, and the logistics transit time varies depending on the shipping method you select and your destination country:

If you select DHL Express Shipping: The transit timeframe is 6 to 8 business days.

How can I track my shipping package?

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping notification email with a logistics tracking number to the email address you used to place your order. You can use the tracking link in the email to check the real time logistics progress and delivery status of your package. You can also log in to your website account and view the logistics details of the corresponding order on the My Orders page.

Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?

Please note that you are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, and customs fees that may be incurred on your package upon arrival in the destination country. Delivery of your package can only proceed once these applicable fees are fully settled. After arriving at the international destination, your package will be subject to local customs clearance procedures, which may result in delays to the original estimated delivery time.
